I purchased the Seagate External Hard DriveKINGSTON FLASH MEMORY and it failed in 6 weeks. Contacting Seagate support requires an afternoon on the phone in wait time. I then found that Seagate would not honor their warrantee. I lost my data, my moneyKINGSTON FLASH MEMORY and any confidence in Seagate. It is depressing to find there are still companies that operate like this. (This review format would not allow me to assign zero or minus starsKINGSTON FLASH MEMORY )
